Our Structure
Guided by Elders
The Elders refer to the Leadership team led by the Senior Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. They support the church staff as the primary protectors and encourages of a positive spiritual climate within the church body. All elders are responsible to ,model a Godly lifestyle, provide a prayer shield for the members. defend and protect the integrity of the church, pray for the sick, mediate disputes, counsel, and represent the church to the community.
Protected by the Board of Directors
The trustees are 2-4 members of the congregation, appointed by the Senior Pastor to oversee the finances and direct the provision of the physical facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Senior Pastor regarding the major financial commitments and decisions of the church.
Strengthened by Presbyters
The presbyters are 1-3 pastors of respected congregations of ministries who love New Life Church and its pastor, and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They do not have control over the day-to-day workings of the church, but they are there to bring wisdom to the Senior Pastor. Their purpose is to continually equip and help guide the senior pastor's life before the Lord. As your pastor I have submitted myself under these men for spiritual guidance and wisdom in all matters.
